If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm you have authority to do so.
3. Service Description
Anchora provides three categories of service:
- Foundations Information Course (฿3,500): A short educational series providing general information about how retirement systems are typically structured and where to find official guidance.
- Records Set-Up Support (฿8,400): Practical assistance creating an organised personal document file, including an index and checklist, tailored to the client's situation.
- Continuing Organisation Companion (฿24,000/year): An ongoing annual arrangement providing periodic review sessions, maintenance of records, and date-tracking support.
Services are available in English and are delivered in person at our Khon Kaen office or remotely via video call. Anchora does not provide financial advice, legal advice, or any service requiring a professional operating licence. All information provided is general in nature and for educational and organisational purposes only.
4. User Responsibilities
As a client of Anchora, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making enquiries or booking sessions.
- Attend or join scheduled sessions at the agreed time, or give reasonable notice of cancellation.
- Not use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
- Not rely solely on information provided by Anchora for financial, legal, or other regulated decisions — and to seek appropriately qualified professional advice when needed.
- Treat Anchora staff with courtesy and respect during all interactions.
5. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, frameworks, session structures, and website content produced by Anchora remain the intellectual property of Anchora. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use materials provided to you for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Anchora's proprietary materials without express written consent.
Documents and records that you bring to sessions and that belong to you remain your property at all times.
6. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due before or at the time of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For the Continuing Organisation Companion, the annual fee is invoiced at the start of each annual period.
Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or where the client does not attend, will be charged in full. Exceptions may be made at Anchora's discretion in cases of genuine emergency.
Refunds: If Anchora is unable to deliver a session as agreed, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. There are no refunds for completed sessions.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Foundations Information Course
The course consists of a series of sessions covering agreed subject areas. The number of sessions will be confirmed at booking. Materials provided are for general educational purposes and reflect publicly available information about how retirement systems are structured. Anchora does not warrant that information remains current indefinitely.
Records Set-Up Support
The output of this service is a personal document file structure, index, and checklist based on documents the client provides. Anchora does not retain copies of client documents after session completion unless explicitly agreed. The client is responsible for keeping their file secure and up to date after delivery.
Continuing Organisation Companion
This is an annual arrangement renewed by mutual agreement. Either party may choose not to renew at the end of an annual period with 30 days' written notice. Mid-year termination by the client does not entitle a refund of the annual fee already paid.
8. Disclaimers
Anchora's services are provided for general informational and organisational purposes only. Nothing in our materials or sessions constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Anchora is not a licensed financial adviser, lawyer, or regulated professional in any field.
Information about retirement systems provided by Anchora reflects general publicly available material. It may not reflect the client's individual circumstances, and it may not be current at the time of use. Clients should verify information with relevant official sources and qualified professionals before making any decisions.
Services are provided in good faith on an "as available" basis. Anchora does not warrant that sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule in the event of disruption.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anchora's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.
Anchora shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, or decisions made on the basis of information provided in sessions. Force majeure events — including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions — that prevent service delivery will not give rise to liability on Anchora's part.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchora and its staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of services, or any unlawful or negligent act on your part in connection with the services.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement at any time with written notice. Anchora reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at its reasonable discretion, including where a client behaves in a manner that is disrespectful, dishonest, or contrary to these terms.
On termination, Anchora will return any client documents held and provide any outstanding session notes. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 of this Agreement survive termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting Anchora at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.
Consumer protection rights under Thai law are not affected by these terms.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with any written service confirmation, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Anchora for the relevant service.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Anchora's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Anchora's written consent. Anchora may assign this Agreement to a successor business.
- Notices: Written notices under this Agreement should be sent to [email protected] or to our postal address below.
14. Changes to These Terms
Anchora may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For active clients under a Companion arrangement, material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
